Losing weight should be the easiest thing 
in the world.....

We all know the basic practicalities of how to do it.

Plenty of simple, natural foods. 

Lots of pure water and plenty of exercise – and you WILL lose weight. 

Easy and simple.


We all know it CAN be done but……

Yet, why do most of us find it so difficult?

The Mystery Solved!

For most of us, ‘something’ seems to make it  very difficult for us.

We all start off well.

We’re positive and optimistic.

We're feeling good.

And things seem fine in the beginning. The new diet is fine – even the exercises don’t seem too bad.

But after a few days, things seem to get hazy. 

We  start to lose focus.

Will. 

Desire

We begin to put off the exercise and start to slip up on the 'diet'.

The novelty wears off...... and we stop enjoying the process.

And, after a little while….we end up eating the 'chocolate cake', or whatever is at hand!  

And then, we feel even more miserable!  

Because after we have eaten the ‘cake’, we realize that it wasn’t even that nice. AND.....That we didn't really need it

In fact, we REALIZE that we could easily have done without it and been just as HAPPY.


Time to Wake Up
! 

Things are not as they seem.

Although we may not realize it, the problem was NOT the ‘cake’, or the take-away, or whatever food we can't eat - even though we ALL believe it is.

The problem was NOT even the ‘feeling’ of emptiness that you felt in your belly when you couldn’t eat the cake.

The problem is our BELIEF that we MUST have ‘that' cake, or takeaway at that particular time if we want to remain HAPPY.

And the idea that if we DON’T have the ‘cake’ or whatever food we can't eat - we WILL feel miserable at that time.

 

The problem behind all diets is this BELIEF:  The idea that we MUST eat the cake, or the pizza or whatever it is,  if we want to remain HAPPY.

It all comes down to this:

You hate the ‘feeling’ you get when you can’t eat what you want.

It's not the 'cake' or whatever food it is you can't eat that is the problem but LEARNING HOW to deal with this 'feeling' which you'll get when you can't eat that food.

If you can CHANGE your APPROACH and change how you FEEL when you can't eat these foods, a whole new world will open up to you!

Losing all those pounds of fat will become something you'll positively enjoy doing!
